Please note that our policies have been updated for the 2015 event.

The basics are:

  • Show respect for other people at all times. This includes everyone else at the convention, including guests, speakers and traders, as well as venue staff and other guests who are using the venue.
  • Don’t do anything which could get yourself (or us) in trouble with the authorities or the venue.
  • If you think you shouldn’t be doing it, you probably shouldn’t be doing it.
  • Don’t be a douche.

By registering as an attendee or trader you agree to be bound by our Terms of Registration and abide by our Code of Conduct.

To keep the Saturday night Swap Meet event fair for all of our attendees, we have some rules around selling and attending the event, which are described in our Swap Meet Policy.
